Job Description The Intern Marketing will support developing and executing internal communication initiatives to support the organization's goals and initiatives.
The intern will gain experience in a variety of internal communications practices, including employee engagement, content development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communication materials such as email newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop content for internal communications.
Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo.
Support the development of internal communication plans and strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
Assist with employee engagement activities, such as town hall meetings, employee activities, and team buildings.
Research best practices in internal communications.
Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
Support the logistics and coordination of office-related tasks Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors Qualifications Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in communications, graphic design, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Proficient with Design tools, including Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and Final Cut.
Knowledge of internal communications best practices and principles.
People-oriented, with skills to interact and engage with different audiences.
Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
