Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and curious L&D Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and program creation for organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training programs.
Monitor attendance and participation in training sessions.
Assist in creating visually appealing materials for training programs using basic design tools like Canva.
Collaborate with team members on various L&D projects and initiatives.
Support the development of training content and resources.
Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum B2 level of English.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Curiosity and proactivity in exploring topics related to AI and HR.
Interest in creating programs that benefit organizations.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating visuals.
