Why you'll love this jobThis role will support the accounting responsibilities within the Accounting Office. The position works among cross-functional teams to ensure the accounting activities are appropriately analyzed, processed, and documented in compliance with internal controls, processes, procedures, and local country regulations.
What you'll doKey Responsibilities Support the day-to-day oversight of the Disbursements and Banking activitiesPrepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and associated journal entriesSupport various tax/statistical filingsPresent results and follow-through to completion for all initiativesProcess invoices on timeFamiliarize with accounting policies and proceduresAssist and/or complete miscellaneous ad hoc projects as assignedGeneral Responsibilities Be aware of and sensitive to differences and work in a way consistent with the principles of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practiceMaintain and respect confidentiality at all times and ensure adherence to the Company's Confidentiality PolicyActively participate in regular coaching & counselling meetings, performance reviews, and development meetingsUndertake appropriate training as agreed with their manager and take responsibility for self-developmentUndertake any other duties which are consistent with the position.
