Implement, with efficiency and to highest customer satisfaction, standard and customized products around several core Amadeus domains such as Robotics, Documents, Feeds, Biasing & Notifications, Online Interfaces and Travel Intelligence. Design and implement customer setup for Customer Projects, Migrations and Product Decommissioning. Assure serviceability and industrialization of emerging products/features delivery, working closely with Business domains (TO IT, ADC, and CIT), R&D, CBS, CCM and intra-IMP. Working in a multicultural and multisite organization, we collaborate closely with delivery management organizations to serve clients globally. Summary of the role: Support customers in the integration of Amadeus products or solutions. Provide billable consultancy/integration services to improve business performance. In this role you'll: Work autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, take standard decisions, and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature. Receive instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments. May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business. Specific accountabilities: Pre-sales: Support sales organization for integration matters (perform demos, analyze customer business flows and propose integration solutions to cope with customer requests). Assistance & consulting: Provide advice/consulting to customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems. Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project. Ensure submission of SOR or change proposals (CPR) to Product Management. Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule. Support Integration activities during the implementation project. Provide formal integration status, KPIs and customer feedback reporting to Management. Perform final sign-off/certification prior to implementation in production. Post integration & Post implementation Consultancy: Ensure product high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities. Make sure customers make the most of the Amadeus products/solutions. Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes. Process Improvement: Follow-up the implementation of internal processes improvement/automation. About the ideal candidate: Proficiency in English. Additional language is a plus. Bachelor's Degree. Accountability, Autonomy and Proactivity. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team environment. Positive and collaborative attitude, willing to relate and work closely with all stakeholders. Travel industry knowledge, preferably GDS Amadeus. Communication skills for issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Can effectively adapt to different situations and demands.
