Conduct in-depth initial consultations with PNCs to present and sell our legal services.
Collect information about PNCs and the matters for which they seek our office's assistance, assuring them that our attorneys and staff are well-equipped to address their needs.
Maintain contact with PNCs who do not attend their consultations and those who do not retain our services after their initial consultation, keeping the door open for future engagement.
Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources, ensuring that the office's software is up to date.
Track metrics related to new client PNCs and sales.
Actively engage in dialogue and report to management regarding the quality and volume of leads, offering constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Prepare prospective clients for engagement, ensuring that final documents are approved and signed by a licensed attorney, in accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers.
Requirements A Well-Armed Legal Mindset English Level: C1 Preferred Education and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in intake or sales of products or services.
2-3 years of experience in Property Casualty or related legal fields.
Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Superior salesmanship and customer service skills.
Proficiency in calendar programs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
General knowledge of the legal industry is preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
