This opportunity will provide the applicant with a rewarding experience that will allow them to help others in a busy environment. Job Responsibilities: Management Lead, mentor, and manage the intake team to ensure efficient and professional handling of all prospective client interactions. Develop training programs and resources to improve team performance and knowledge of immigration services. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members. Client Intake Process Oversee the entire client intake process, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and accurately. Implement and refine intake procedures to enhance the client experience and improve conversion rates. Manage the intake database, ensuring all client information is accurately recorded and updated. Sales and Customer Service Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed firm's intake goals. Monitor and analyze intake metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure the intake team provides exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries effectively. Communication and Coordination Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless transition of clients from the intake team to legal services. Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective clients regarding the status of their inquiries and potential cases. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align intake activities with overall firm strategies. Operational Excellence Implement HIL call process best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Utilize CRM and other technology tools to track, analyze, and report on intake activities and performance. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations. Must possess the following outstanding skills and attributes: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Experience in a legal setting, particularly immigration law, is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales and achieving targets. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant technology tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Working Conditions Fast-paced office environment. May require occasional evening or weekend work to meet deadlines. Regular use of computers, phones, and other office equipment. Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday: Closed. Sunday: Closed.
