Job Summary Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time Intake Assistant to join their growing team.
The Intake Assistant's main objective will be to provide administrative support to a Personal Injury Attorney overseeing Client Intake for the Personal Injury Practice Group.
This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Latin America.
Responsibilities and Duties Managing client communication via email, mail, and phone.
Calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
Drafting and editing of cover letters, correspondence emails, pleadings, and other documents.
Managing various deadlines.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls.
Perform other job-related duties as needed to help drive our vision, mission, and values.
Qualifications and Skills Must be Fluent in English (English C1-C2 level).
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask with interruptions in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion.
Experience in a legal setting highly preferred.
Knowledge of personal injury law preferred but not required.
