Position Overview As GTN enters the Latin American markets, we are looking for a proactive and versatile Institutional Sales Executive to drive our financial services solutions for regulated institutions on a B2B and B2B2C basis, such as Brokers, Banks, Asset Managers, MFOs and Fintechs. This role is essential in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the institutional investment sector. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex financial products and services, including IaaS, White Label solutions, and APIs. This position involves strategic prospecting, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver top-tier financial solutions. The Institutional Sales Executive will be a crucial part of our sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our business in Colombia. Key Responsibilities Sales and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional B2B and B2B2C investment sector, targeting regulated institutions such as brokers, banks, asset managers, and MFOs. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client base and market presence. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions, including IaaS, White Label services, and technology-driven APIs. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Financial Solutions Delivery: Present and sell a range of financial services and investment products to institutional clients. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and compliance standards. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve our competitive positioning. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of sales projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align resources and achieve project goals. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, presentations, and reports. Address client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of service and support. Travel: Be prepared to travel for business as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, share insights, and enhance our offerings based on client feedback. Requirements Fluent in English and Portuguese. At least 7 years' experience in institutional buy side / sell side. Proven experience in institutional sales, financial services, or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics within the institutional investment sector. Familiarity with IaaS, White Label solutions, APIs, and other technology-driven financial services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel as necessary. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economy, or a relevant field. Relationship with decision-makers in the industry.
