The Role Unwrapped: What to Expect Your Playbook: Key Moves to Win in Sales Oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) in day-to-day operations. Provide real-time coaching and foster personal development for ISR team members. Execute strategic initiatives alongside the Senior Director of Sales to drive performance results. Mentor ISRs both personally and professionally, offering support and guidance. Hold ISRs accountable for meeting performance metrics through shadowing, call monitoring, and coaching. Lead morning meetings and run developmental exercises to enhance team skills. Conduct sales coaching and objection-handling sessions to boost sales acumen. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to refine processes and execute initiatives. Conduct weekly call reviews and monthly one-on-one sessions with each team member. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. Interview and assess new ISR candidates for your location. Requirements Skills That Make You a Sales Pro 2+ years of proven success in a call center sales management role. Strong ability to develop and motivate team members. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify performance trends.
