As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help transform Canada's fintech industry and play a pivotal role in our expansion. Respond quickly to incoming leads via calls, emails, and other channels. Make timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and advance the sales process. Conduct needs assessments to understand the requirements of potential customers. Provide product/service information to assist prospects in making decisions. Work closely with the sales team, offering valuable insights into lead behavior and preferences. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a tech and B2B setting. Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Hubspot and other sales tools. Results-driven with a history of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
