This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years, serving a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries and managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.
The role is focused on leading and scaling a high-performing Inside Sales team to drive a predictable and robust sales pipeline. Reporting to senior leadership, the position requires operational and performance excellence in managing inbound, outbound, and full-cycle sales motions. The Inside Sales Manager will also play a key role in the strategic development and execution of regional and European demand generation plans.
What you'll do:Lead and scale a team of outsourced Inside Sales Executives to create a predictable sales pipeline and launch opportunities.Opportunity to grow your own team in our Amsterdam Office + plus managing other regions continental Europe.Drive operational and performance excellence across three sales motions: Inbound, Outbound and Full Cycle sales, with a focus on driving improved conversion rates, pipeline rigour and reduced sales cycles.Motivate, coach, manage and the performance of a growing team of 10+ sales representatives.Develop the medium- and long-term strategic plan for Regional and European demand generation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on planning, execution, measurement and optimisation. What are we looking for:Outstanding problem solving, analytical, project management, written and oral communications skills.Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment and can work proactively and autonomously in an evolving role.Strong knowledge and experience in a high-volume role with good understanding of sales motions and GTM.Proven track record of successfully building and coaching sales processes while exceeding targets in a target driven environment.5+ years of experience in B2B space, with strong preference towards experience in SaaS at high growth and/or technology-driven companies.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside the company.Strong experience working with Salesforce. Requirements:Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of various sales methodologies such as BANT, Question Based Selling, Solution Selling etc. will be an added advantage.Knowledge or any background in IT Management Software sales will be a great advantage.Go-getter, or a self-motivated person.
