Job title: Inside Sales Executive Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join the Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be working with consumers, nonprofits and commercial institutions to handle the sale of our software and technology. This includes the renewal of licenses and software maintenance. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for following up with incoming leads in a timely manner and handling customer service and care for our clients. A mix of technical and sales knowledge is required, as well as a love for cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities Maintaining and growing sales by: Serving as the primary point of contact to grow business-to-consumer sales within a designated territory Executing a call/email plan to ensure all leads and potential customers receive intelligent and action-oriented next steps Utilizing SugarCRM to generate quotes and track quote-to-sale success Maintaining the SugarCRM pipeline of opportunities and closed sales, as well as accurately providing forecasting information of expected sales to sales management Expanding existing customer portfolios of products/services by upselling them based on what they currently have or maintain Qualifications Proficiency in English, with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong work ethic and the ability to network Analytical and presentation skills Strong decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills Preferred qualifications Sales experience Bachelor's degree Location: Fully remote and seeking candidates from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru Job type: Full time (40 hours per week)/Independent Contractor Reporting to: Inside Sales Manager Wolfram is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at its company.
