The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) role working for the WES is to support the Inside Sales teams of the territories serviced by the WES, helping them assist or lead the coordination of middle game/proposal/qualification/presentation activities, and lead the development and maintenance of sales collateral. The ISC works closely with the local WES team assigned to the tasks received from the territory, and with the territory Inside Sales team to enable efficient use of our sales process. We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator with a background in the mining industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of mining knowledge and inside sales expertise to support our sales efforts effectively. Responsibilities: Mining Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated experience and understanding of mining operations, processes, and industry-specific terminology. Ability to engage with internal stakeholders and understand project requirements within the mining sector. Sales Coordination and Communication Skills: Proficiency in first-person writing style to maintain standard write-ups and develop compelling presentations. Fluency in managing internal project repositories and supporting the development of RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposals). Project Management and Planning: Support the development of proposal work plans, including compliance checklists and schedules, ensuring timely responses to RFPs. Experience in developing and refining letter proposals tailored to mining sector clients. CRM Utilization and Reporting: Ability to leverage CRM tools for opportunity development, creating dashboards, and generating reports to support sales initiatives. Team Collaboration and Networking: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals to enhance deliverables and leverage network resources effectively. Coordinate with various stakeholders within the territory and across global Inside Sales teams to obtain critical information. Time Management and Organization: Strong organization skills with an awareness of the "big picture" in project management. Proficient in personal and team time management, ensuring efficient completion of tasks. Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or any related field of earth sciences. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement with a strong focus on the mining industry. Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or contracts management specifically for mining clients. Proven track record of participating in proposal development or evaluation processes within the mining sector. Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/requests simultaneously and meet deadlines. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication. Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable, particularly for engaging with stakeholders in Brazil. Additional Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented.
