General Purpose of Role: The main responsibility of the Inside Sales Associate (ISA), working from WES, is to support the inner-territory Inside Sales teams. This includes helping develop Sales activities such as populating/using information from Sales platforms, collecting from stakeholders, and populating some parts of proposals such as bios, scope of work, financials, technical, etc. An ISA represents a support function within proposal elaboration Responsibilities : We expect our ISAs to be capable of reading and interpreting information to support proposals hence, they should have: ISAs shall be capable of putting together information, pulling up information from our systems, understanding the purpose of proposals, help proposal teams organize both technical and commercial information. Specific Activities · Prepare simple presentations and letters. · Updates/formatting of CVs for proposal submissions. · Set up digital working areas for opportunity documentation and collaboration. · Support preparation for customer visits and presentations including printing, logistics, and · Ensure that all sales documents comply with our brand identity (logo, color, etc.). · Maintenance and development of our CRM (CSP) data relevant to Inside Sales. · Maintain/update BD calendar and vacation schedule with meetings and absences. If professional, 1-2 years of relevant experience (example: Sales Engineer, Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Representative, etc). A professional degree, hopefully related to any of the following: Engineering, Business Admin, Projects Hard skills: Advanced handling of Office pack (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, PBI, Planner). Technical skills related to projects are desirable (renewable energies, oil and gas, hydrogen). Short experience in proposal development is desirable, too. Soft skills: communication (oral and written), proactive, easy-going, presenting topics in front of people.
