This Opportunity Is Perfect for Someone Who Combines Advanced Skills in Autocad Management, 3d Designs, Animations, and Renders, with A Solid Understanding of Architectural Principles. We are Looking for Someone Capable of Transforming Concepts into Detailed Visualizations That Inspire and Effectively Communicate Our Architectural Visions to Clients and Stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Demonstrable Experience in Architectural Design, Especially Using Autocad.
2. Proficiency In Creating 3d Visualizations, Animations, and Renders, Supported by Portfolio.
3. Deep Understanding of Architectural Principles and The Ability to Apply Them In 3d Design.
4. Familiarity With 3d Modeling and Animation Software, Such As 3ds Max, Sketchup, Or Blender.
5. Exceptional Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail.
6. Excellent Communication and Teamwork Skills, With A Proactive Attitude Towards Problem-Solving.

RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Create And Modify Detailed Architectural Plans Using Autocad.
2. Develop High-Quality 3d Visualizations, Animations, And Renders for Architectural Projects Using Tools Such As 3ds Max, Sketchup, Or Similar Software.
3. Collaborate with Architects and Designers to Understand and Meet Project Specifications.
4. Apply Architectural Design Knowledge to Enhance and Optimize Visualizations.
5. Manage and Prioritize Multiple 3d Visualization Projects, Ensuring Timely and High-Quality Deliveries.
6. Actively Participate in Project Reviews, Offering Creative and Technical Solutions.
