Position: Ingeniero de Metodos Location: Colombia, Planta Dexon.
Zona Industrial Role purpose: Expert specialized in various areas of knowledge related to the production/manufacturing processes of an entity (SPS: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, etc...).
Strong ability to contribute/lead continuous improvement actions.
What You Will Do 1.
Guarantee that all officials work under the safety standards established in the plant and timely report all safety risks with the aim of eliminating them.

Verify and guarantee the quality of the product in each of the machines and avoid the generation of non-compliant product 3.
Constantly work on improving production cycles to guarantee an improvement in the productivity and efficiency of the plant 4.
Ensure compliance with all objectives (Quantitative and Qualitative) Security, OEE, 5S, SPS 5.
