Role Description This is a hybrid role for a Linux/Nginx Engineer . This role will be responsible for Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and services of the Content Delivery Network (CDN) for Mediastream, ensuring fast, secure, robust, and scalable access to our digital services for users worldwide. Responsibilities Design, configure, and optimize the CDN infrastructure to enhance content delivery speed and security. Continuously monitor CDN performance, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments to ensure operational continuity and speed. Rotate on-call shifts and synchronously monitor high-concurrency streaming events. Implement robust security measures to safeguard the CDN against threats, including DDoS attacks or others. Collaborate closely with application development and cybersecurity teams to ensure efficient integration of the CDN and the implementation of security policies. Work collaboratively with development and content teams to ensure that content is optimized for delivery through the CDN. Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the CDN solutions domain, and subsequently propose, agree upon, implement, document, and provide training as necessary.
