Position Overview : The Influencer Marketing Manager will join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in sourcing, reaching out to, negotiating with, and ideating influencer campaigns. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to help achieve sell-through goals on various products. It provides an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across all aspects of the business, including strategy, site and product performance, market research, and creative ideation.
Key Responsibilities : Campaign Development and Management :Source and engage with influencers to build strong partnerships.Negotiate contracts and manage influencer relationships.Ideate and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns.Collaboration and Strategy :Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer strategies with overall marketing goals.Contribute to the development of creative marketing strategies and tactics.Performance Analysis :Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.Qualifications : Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Sheets, Notion, Shopify, and Google Analytics.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience with platforms like Upfluence, Grin, or other influencer outreach platforms.1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.Nice-to-Haves : Strong interest in entrepreneurial, fast-paced business environments.Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.Familiarity with e-commerce metrics related to marketing impact.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.Please note : To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format.
