(Must Have) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.Must be comfortable leading and executing over 100+ partnerships monthly. (Must Have) A strong network of relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). (Must Have) Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with influencers and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with target audiences.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for beauty, hair care, and emerging trends in the industry.
