Responsibilities: The Opportunity: This role is responsible for support specific MSO Categories, leading the execution of the strategy in the long and short term, delivering business performance through the usage of relevant resources and network using GP processes and best practices. Most relevant objective: Delivery productivity, P&L protection and inflation mitigation; accomplish of 7'steps processes of GP, legal contracts management and initiative in innovations, bringing value to the business. Your Impact: As Indirects Buyer your responsibilities would consist of: Supports category strategy over a multi-year horizon and ensures delivery of AOP targets, price variance tracking, successful supplier interaction & negotiation. Supports contract execution, supplier coordination, competitive benchmarking and works with local business to solve any supply issues. Manages change projects that are required to deliver productivity targets or support market innovation. Supports and executes full vendor approval process in close cooperation with central QA/ VA. Executes local category strategies that create competitive advantage for the business. Supports MSO Category Lead in the development of local suppliers in terms of service, quality and productivity. Supports the MSO Category Lead in the execution of local key productivity initiatives and also develops short term productivity initiatives for small scale local categories. Supports MSO Category Lead in the execution of legal contracts for local suppliers. Work with COE´s leading or being part of multifunctional team to ensure project that allow improve costs of raw materials and increasing productivity out sides. Contribute in achieve cost avoidance into import's chain for foreign Raw Materials. Qualifications: Who Are We Looking For? ACADEMIC TRAINING Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Public Accounting. English level: bilingual. EXPERIENCE Experience managing commodities Raw Material at least 4 years. RFP and RFI bidding execution. Cost Conversion management. Contracts management. Innovation process. Cost comparison market / benchmark. SAP and ARIBA platform management.
