Job Responsibilities:
1. Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store.
2. Work Experience as Trade or Retail Manager in companies within Technology Sector at least 2-3 years Strategic planning in collaboration with KAMs.
3. Project Management from budgeting to scheduling in-store marketing strategies.
4. High written and verbal communication skills through proven results developing brand communication.
5. Demonstrated success collaborating and driving cross-functional consensus.
6. Experience working with related suppliers.
7. BTL creation, implementation and execution evidence.
8. Follow up and solve the maintenance issues in the POS such as electrical, booth, security system, etc.
9.
Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market.
10. Generating sketches of visual displays that meet the store's visual design requirements.
11. Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
12. Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays.
13. Installing and setting up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervising contractors hired for this purpose.
14. Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
15. Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
16. Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
17. Monitoring costs and working within budget.
18. Researching lifestyle and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy.
19. Design and adaptation of materials for implementation in points of sale, development of all kinds of visual material for customers and internal areas HONOR.
Qualifications and Education:
1.
Management of Designers Program such as Illustrator, Photoshop (preferable).
2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, administration, quality engineering.
3. Professional knowledge: MS Office Windows (Intermediate-Advanced).
4. Fluent English (Intermediate-Advanced).
5. Technology products such as smartphones, computers, wearables, consumer electronics, home appliances (preferable).
