Your RoleThe role involves leading a team to oversee the performance of Integrated Logistics Control Towers and LSPs, handling business analytics, troubleshooting escalations, updating SOPs, monitoring performance trends, and managing business reviews, CAPA, and BCP.
Your ResponsibilitiesDelivery of operational services by coordinating related activities across all Control Towers against SLA.Development of strong working relationships between business management and operations aiming for one common target – creating a cohesive team delivering operational excellence.Identifies projects out of / above scope of services and initiates execution.Point of contact / escalation for customer concerns at the appropriate counterpart level.Identify areas of improvement, track root causes, and define actions for prevention in the future.Maintain and update customer SOP in close collaboration with the Business Manager.LSP Performance & Integration of the existing relationships with the relevant LSPs in scope.Active monitoring of the LSP performance in their service delivery performance (against the agreed KPIs).Lead regular (monthly, quarterly) management meetings with LSPs to identify areas of improvement, track root causes, and define actions for prevention in the future.Manage all relevant rates and other LSP master data during the respective engagement life cycle.Connect LSP Management to KN IL Control Tower and their respective tasks planning, customer service, freight settlement.Maintain and update LSP SOP in close collaboration with the Business Manager.Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor's University degree in International Business or related fields.Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).Experience in Supply Chain optimization and operational performance improvement.Experience with cross-regional or global collaboration in a multinational environment.Fluent in English.Good Reasons to JoinWe offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, excellent training programs, and a highly dynamic global work environment.
