The Premium Hub-Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP Premium Engagement and Advisory provides expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As CoE Consultant for Planning Areas, you will analyze the End-to-End Procurement Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks: Assess Business Processes maturity and performances, identifying opportunities for improvement with SAP IBP Modules. Perform hands-on work related to system configuration, document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP Modules. Provide remote/on-site support in critical customer situations like Global Escalations or War Rooms. Mandatory: At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP Modules like Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, and IBP Optimizer. At least two end-to-end implementation experiences in deploying one or more of the IBP Modules listed. Knowledge in the integration between SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real-Time Integration (RTI). Experienced in Business Process analysis and reengineering. Preferred / Good to have: Experience in complex projects and international environments. Certification in SAP IBP Modules. Additional knowledge/certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions. Additional: The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. Well-developed customer focus and problem-solving skills. Team player with proactive networking attributes, results-focused, and willing to learn. Language Skills: English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region. Spanish – Native speaker.
