Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including drug testing, background checks, and paperwork. Employee Management: Manage workers' compensation reporting and claims. Update Paycom with changes in employee information, such as promotions, pay changes, and other relevant data. Translate and disseminate the CEO's monthly video to employees. Coordinate temporary staffing needs. Approve HR-related invoices in a timely manner. Assist with employee training and development initiatives. Maintain accurate employee files and records. Annual and Periodic Tasks: Assist with the completion of the annual Census form for medical insurance renewal. Schedule employee training, monitor status, and maintain records. Schedule performance reviews, monitor status, and keep accurate records. Provide management with HR reporting, such as turnover rates, benefit participation, and other relevant metrics. Maintain an up-to-date employee list.
