Along with the HRBP, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, shaping HR strategies, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement efforts that fuel departmental and company goals. Responsibilities Connect, advise, communicate and support Analysts, Associates and senior associates of their designated units with each HR process. Organize and support activities to improve the work environment, like support in company events, employee proposals, Health and safety activities, CSR activities, among others. Support the communications area to organize recognition activities, monthly meetings, among others. Coordinate and organize the visa process and documentation, and the lodging of the expats (contracts, cleaning, reception of the apartment) in partnership with facilities and the owner of the mobility process. Prepare and conduct the offer meeting for expats programs (Passport-Erasmus) of their unit. Be on top of meetings with the people coming to explain the details of their movement to Colombia. Audit legal documentation sent to expats for signature. Prepare documentation for inclusion of Expats in Health and Life policies. Make the necessary updates in Hibob for change of location and request changes in JIRA for Maven updates. Be on top of any expats processes or paperwork they need to do in Colombia such as bank certifications, tax declarations, among others. Review flows and improve Onboarding and offboarding processes in Hibob. Review of NJs contracts and follow up with the TA team on the onboarding process. Execute welcome talks to NJs where company values, policies and correct use of Hibob are explained. Prepare termination documents and inform payroll teams. Review of the settlement prepared by the payroll provider. Termination of employees in Hibob and sending termination mailings. Prepare and send legal documents when there is a movement, change of salary, change of schedule, among others. Review PIP templates and development strategies in support of the managers. PIP Management for associates and senior associates. Application and interpretation of supporting and psychometric tests for Individual Development Plans. Conducting interest and vocational interviews with employees in support of IDPs and career planning. Supporting the management on individual development and improvement strategies setting. Presenting individual reports and development plans to employees, along with the management. Support ERGs to operate under the HR framework, evaluate the viability of initiatives and help with their execution. Live and execute strategies to promote our values and desired culture. Safeguarding compliance with the Colombian employment law and internal policies; carrying out labor law advice. Assist all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests. Assisting in the formulation of methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes. Conducting HR related research, analysis and reporting. Participate in various HR projects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in psychology or any administrative related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources roles. Strong understanding of human resources and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
