About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team and provide essential support in various HR-related tasks.
As a People Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with technical onboarding/offboarding of employees, maintaining HRIS (HR Information System) records, managing invoices, supporting the recruitment process, and providing general HR team support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruitment Coordination and ManagementRun full recruitment cycles as needed, from sourcing to onboarding.Schedule interviews for candidates and coordinate with interviewers and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.Assist in moving candidates through recruitment pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Conduct phone screens and interviews for assigned roles, including junior and LATAM-based positions.Serve as the main point of contact for LATAM-based recruitment agency partners.Respond to incoming career inquiries and provide necessary information about the recruitment process.Generate recruitment-related reports and maintain recruitment data.Technical Onboarding/OffboardingAssist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely provisioning of necessary access to company systems and platforms.Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring the removal of access and assets as needed.Add new employee records to the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner.Regularly update HRIS information, including personal details, job titles, department changes, etc.HR SupportUtilize Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and other tools to generate reports on various HR metrics and data for the HR team and management.Handle invoice processing for recurring platforms and services related to HR activities, coordinating with finance or relevant departments to ensure timely payment.Assist in organizing and recording attendance for company-wide events, such as Town Hall meetings.Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in starting a career in HR.Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Fluency or professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be able to work in-office full-time.Nice-to-Have:Internship experience in an HR or administrative role.Exposure to HRIS or ATS platforms through coursework or internships.Experience managing administrative tasks or working on team projects.We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including: Base salary DOEUnlimited vacation policyMonthly phone/internet and food stipendHealth insurance coverageProfessional Development ProgramThis is a fully in-office role based in Bogotá, Colombia.
