What you will do Kenvue is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Transformation Specialist to lead the execution of our ongoing transformation initiatives. This temporary role is crucial in driving strategic HR changes, optimizing workforce processes, and contributing to the overall success of the transformation. We're looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Your ability to navigate complex organizational changes while maintaining a People First mindset will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities Change Management: Lead HR-related change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure a smooth transition for employees during the transformation. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale during the transformation. Facilitate open communication and provide support to employees navigating changes. Workforce Optimization: Lead the execution of end-to-end HR activities to support the workforce optimization plans for 2025, in partnership with Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Access, and HR Operations. Performance Tracking: Responsible for reporting and insights to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners, department leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR initiatives with the overall transformation strategy. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in HR management, change management, and employee engagement, preferably within a large organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with HR best practices and PROSCI change management principles.
