Benefits and Social Security Administration: Ensure all employee benefits and social security enrollments are complete, up-to-date, and properly filed in the employee´s folder.
Employee Support: Provide day-to-day support to employees, addressing inquiries and assisting with administrative needs.Manager Integration and Wellbeing: Collaborate on local activities to promote manager integration and well-being within the office.
Develop and review policies for Colombia and Ecuador, adhering to the established format.As HR Intern you will partner with employees, managers and business leaders to provide best in class HR support.
