To strengthen our LATAM IT Team, we are looking for a Functional Relationship Manager located in Colombia to complete our IT Human Resources (IT HR) Department. Position Summary The Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) helps business leaders shape their strategies with regards to product adoptions. S/He acts as the single point of focus between an organization's senior leadership (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and multiple IT Product Managers to avoid complexity from the IT receiver point of view and to provide a clear accountability for them. FRMs advocate their stream's product portfolio as needed in coordination with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM). Acting as a trusted advisor to the business unit(s), an FRM provides awareness, direction and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation, stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand for the IT's assets and capabilities. FRMs develop a deep understanding of the part of the business to which they are aligned and maintain strong relationships with relevant business leaders. A day in the life of... Engage with BRMs and Key Business Stakeholders to understand each Market or Business MBP and Must Win Battles and advise on how the existing Human Resources Products can enable or facilitate them. Act as the main ambassador of Human Resources Products for the Colombian Market. Coordinate the delivery of Human Resources applications locally for approved initiatives, under the advisory umbrella of the Regional Solution Product Manager for that area. Manage and prioritize all new IT HR requests within Receivers and their stakeholders. Ensure adequate level of support is in place for HR solutions in use by the Market, in line with their impact to the business, manage the sustain directly for local solutions and/or with support from Regional Product organization. Engage with Human Resources IT Regional Leads and Subject Matter Expert to maintain awareness of each Product roadmap and of best in class solutions developed by other markets. Capture demand for product functionalities and ensure they are evaluated and considered with the due relevance, acting as ambassador of these improvements until they are incorporated in the Product Roadmap or rejected. Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team. Negotiate the deployment of the Human Resources Products Roadmap with the relevant stakeholders in his/her countries, ensuring that Roadmap is delivered on time, with quality and within budget. Understand the Local solutions and stimulate their replacement by Global or Regional solutions as soon as it is technically feasible. Coordinate crisis management and communication in case of major disruptions caused by issues in any Human Resources Product. Ensure adequate Root Causes analysis and mitigation actions are in place for Human Resources related major incidents. Provide day-to-day support to end-users in conjunction with the Regional product organization. Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures. Support Digital Transformation within Human Resources IS/IT. What will make you successful Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant IT HR functional area. Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards. Understanding the concept of various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall). Excellent understanding of HR business complexity and interdependencies. Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements. Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area. Desired knowledge of HCM SAP Human Resources and/or SuccessFactors software or any other solution in the functional area. Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization, fluency in Portuguese is a plus. Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
