Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
Availability: In person, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type of Contract: Permanent (Indefinite)
Job Objective:
Oversee all aspects of human talent management within the company, including recruitment, training, development, and the well-being of interpreters and administrative staff.
This role also involves implementing and monitoring labor policies to ensure processes are efficient, legal, and aligned with the company's goals.
Responsibilities:
? Manage the recruitment process for administrative staff, from job posting to selection and hiring.
? Coordinate interviews, skills assessments (for interpreters and administrative roles), and facilitate salary negotiations.
? Oversee the drafting, renewal, and monitoring of employment contracts for interpreters and administrative staff.
? Maintain secure and confidential records of all employees and contractors (interpreters) in the company database.
? Develop and implement policies to promote employee well-being and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a human resources position, preferably in service companies.
- An advanced level of English is required, minimum B2.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate and make decisions in a balanced manner.
