HR Coordinator

Job Summary:
Curv Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and enhancing employee relations. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting new hire onboarding processes.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases,
ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes and assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Employee Support: Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate employee events and initiatives to promote engagement and a positive work environment.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Administer and track employee time-off requests and attendance records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Documentation Management: Oversee HR documentation, including employment contracts, policy manuals, and other related documents.
- HR Systems Management: Manage HR-related software systems,
ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues.
- Expense and Budget Tracking: Monitor HR-related expenses and assist in managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR support role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
