Responsibilities: Work hand in hand with the HR Manager to obtain deliverables.
Improve work relationships and productivity.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR policies and processes.
Conduct regular meetings with front line employees when needed.
Offer HR guidance in HR processes.
Assist in Employee Conflict of Interest cases.
Advocate for employees and balance their needs with business objectives.
Participate in the Disciplinary Management Process.
Carry out Employee Wellbeing events and activities.
Ensure aid throughout the employee journey and the retention of top talent.
Undertake steps in the Offboarding process and participate in Retention Talks.
Other thriving and goal-setting functions.
Qualifications: Previous experience in human resources (HR).
English proficiency in speaking and writing.
Experience in employee journey and employee relations.
Career and growth development knowledge is a plus.
Experience in H&S or Occupational Health (SST) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in BPO industry.
Colombian Labor Law knowledge is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
