As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing People & Culture strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse range of People & Culture initiatives. Responsibilities 1. Strategic P&C Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop P&C strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future staffing needs and ensure the availability of talent to meet business demands. 2. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on P&C related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and handle employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. 3. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Analyze compensation data and market trends to make recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive programs. 4. HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and maintain P&C policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, employment standards, and industry regulations. 5. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and evaluate employee performance. Work with managers to identify performance goals and development opportunities for employees. 6. P&C Analytics and Reporting: Utilize P&C data and analytics to identify trends, measure P&C metrics, and inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations on P&C key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related Human Resources field, CPHR / SPHR strongly preferred. At least 5 years of HR experience in a BPO is preferred. Proven experience leading human resources functions in a site or WFH set-up. Actively solicits stakeholder feedback to develop a solid ongoing relationship. Exhibits good listening skills. Communicates cross-functionally to ensure all parties are informed as needed. Defines team roles and responsibilities based on objectives and measures. Pursues work with energy, drive and perseverance. Integrates complex or conflicting information to arrive at clear and timely decisions. Effectively communicates team members' strengths and development needs to reinforce performance improvement. Seeks alternatives to the status quo. Leverages diverse resources. Must be amenable to work onsite.
