30690 – HSE COORDINATOR At Eni we are looking for a Health, Security and Environment Coordinator within Eni Plenitude Technical Services Colombia S.A.S in Bogota, Colombia . You will be responsible for ensuring that all company activities are carried out in a manner that is safe for the health of workers and people in their working environment, and that the company's practices are sustainable and contribute to the care of the environment. As a member of the HSE Department, you will be responsible for: Ensuring, personally and/or by coordinating the subcontracting of external personnel when necessary, that activities at the project site are carried out safely. Establishing the conditions and budget necessary to execute the construction and maintenance of the plants safely. Evaluation of suppliers of goods and services related to the insurance of personal protection activities and elements. Informing management, in a timely manner, about current regulations and their updates in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) and the Environment. Updating of Safety, Health and Environment procedures. Knowing and/or establishing and/or modifying the internal Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental standards and carrying out the necessary activities so that all team members are aware of them. Coordination of training related to Industrial Safety, Occupational Health and the Environment, ensuring that employees have valid certifications for work at heights and others required by law, as well as monitoring the validity of certifications of safety elements installed in the projects. Establishing safety protocols in coordination with the OSH of companies where we install the systems, ensuring that they are complied with. Filling out all necessary documents related to compliance with the law and internal regulations. Supporting all activities related to ARL, Health and Compensation, optimizing its resources to carry out activities that promote health and a good work environment. Establishing, maintaining and disseminating policies for waste management and hazardous substances (such as asbestos), recycling and good environmental practices. Identifying and establishing risk mitigation activities at the office, plant locations and plant transfers. Attending to any occupational accidents, complying in a timely manner with all requirements of the law and internal protocols. Ensuring that subcontractors have and apply occupational health and safety processes and standards that are aligned with ours and the law. Preparing and presenting all reports requested by the parent company in matters of Safety, Health and Sustainability and the Environment. All those activities that may be assigned to him/her in the area of Safety, Health and Environment.
