Typically, these may include one or more of employee administration, training administration, payroll & time, travel administration.
The scope of the position requires a close collaboration with stakeholders in Essity, especially HR Operation/Country/Site HR and Group HR.

What You Will Do Provide leadership and direction to the GBS HR Services organization in Andean & Caribbean Cluster, to meet Essity's expectations on customer service, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure that organization and employee-related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations Contributes to development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes through participation in projects and initiatives.
Create a service and continuous improvements culture to execute the services agreed.
Accountable for budget and to secure good cost management within own responsibility area.
Accountable for customer satisfaction and continuous efficiency improvements in own area.
Responsible for identifying and proposing new services or improvements to services based on customer needs and up-to date solution knowledge.
Responsible to secure close cooperation between the different organizational units across the matrix organization Ensure that processes are designed, evaluated and modified to be current and compliant with internal and legal requirements.
Contribute to the development of the GBS strategic plan.
Who You Are University Degree or equivalent within relevant practice.
10+ years professional experience from building and leading a HR service management organization.
Highly experienced in HR services delivery, preferably experience from Workday.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, workflow maturity and end-to-end architectural design analysis for continuous improvement.
Internal customer focused with focus on service management to ensure HR services meet core metrics.
Excellent leadership skills demonstrated success in leading and developing others, globally in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.
