HR Total Rewards Senior Consultant for Colombia, Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean Total Rewards: Develops, implements and/or administers Total Rewards and Mobility policies and programs. Core tasks include: Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position; Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices; Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems; Formulates recommendations regarding the development of company salary structure, job revisions, and organizational structures; Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action; Ensures company benefit offerings remain competitive. Evaluates and negotiates contracts with providers. Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit-related issues. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legislation regarding taxes, reporting, and privacy issues; For Mobility, manage and provide consultation on defined policies, programs, and related vendors to support SAP business needs and ensure effective workforce mobility. Accountability: Responsible for delivery of outcome of assigned projects or areas of responsibility. Internally recognized senior on complex technical and business matters. Works on large, complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high-quality results/technical solutions. May include team lead or supervisory responsibilities. Complexity: Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area (e.g., cross-functional or cross-country projects). Works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Provides regular project status and updates. Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy. Enhance complex systems & processes. Experience: Advanced technical or business skills and special knowledge in one/several areas. Key Responsibilities & Tasks: The HR Senior TR Consultant drives, executes, and independently manages all efforts and activities involved in the scoping, design, development, implementation, administration, and/or continuous improvement of innovative and tailored Total Reward business solutions for the assigned board area, geography, and/or topic area. In this role, the HR Senior TR Consultant is responsible for the successful design and/or delivery of a defined set of Total Reward solutions that fall into the remit of the topic expertise (e.g., sales bonus plan design) or area of responsibility (BA/Geography). In close collaboration with the other members of the Total Rewards team, the HR organization, and senior business leaders, effectively and efficiently manages and delivers all efforts required for the design, implementation, and/or continuous improvement of Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize the total reward, and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results. Key Areas of Responsibility: Assumes responsibility for the creation, delivery, and/or adoption of sometimes complex and innovative Total Reward products and solutions in line with strategic objectives, financial budgets, legislative, regulatory, and business requirements as requested by the Board, Senior HR Leadership, and the business. Assesses best practices and creates workforce-specific Total Reward strategies and solutions based on business requirements and in close collaboration with representatives from the business and - where applicable and required - the HR Business Partner (HRBP) community. Works in close collaboration with the HR community on delivering end-to-end Total Reward solutions, products, and services to the business. Works in close collaboration with other TR & HR teams on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end Total Rewards processes, practices, and procedures within one or more topic areas (within and beyond area of responsibility). Experience & Educational Requirements: Deep professional experience (+5 years). Strong functional skills. Broad knowledge of all areas within particular corporate sub-function, a function within division (subject matter expert), or project environment.
