The Human Resources Specialist will act as a key contributor within the HR Service Delivery Team and is responsible for delivering superior customer service and providing quality and timely information to the people of the business regarding their general HR inquiries. Responsibilities: Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR related inquires via a Case Management System. Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits and general HR inquires across the company. Complete US I-9 documentation and process using E-Verify system. Facilitate off-boarding activities including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation information. Process various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities. Maintain employee personnel electronic files. Perform employment verifications. Participate in and on HR Service Delivery projects, as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of Customer Facing Human Resources experience is preferred. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree is preferred Experience: Superior customer services skills in a multi-faceted environment; in writing, via phone, and face to face. Flexibility and the ability to multitask is critical. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills. Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities. Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Workday and a Case Management System, a plus.
