As an HR Supervisor of Plans & Benefits, you take ownership of the administration, management, and processing of plans and benefits for each property in Colombia.
You will take part in all activities that facilitate their management and operation, such as affiliations, disaffiliations, acquisition of new benefits, processing requests from team members (TMs), and ensuring that TMs have a comprehensive plan of benefits and well-being.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique:
Responsible for the administration of plans and benefits offered to TMs for hotels in Colombia.
Utilize "BirchStreet", a Procure-to-Pay platform used by Hilton to enhance vendor management and HR efficiency. Responsible for negotiating and executing new benefits for TMs by analyzing market options. Receiving and attending to all requests from team members (filling out established forms) via QR code. Managing invoices and creating purchase orders for each provider offering services related to plans and benefits for hotels in Colombia. Managing the affiliation and disaffiliation of plans and benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, etc.)
for each property in Colombia. Ensuring and aligning the management of benefits under existing collective agreements for each property in Colombia. Preparing monthly reports and comparative monthly reports of benefits received by TMs for each property in Colombia. Managing commercial agreements with employee funds and unions where applicable. Informing department heads about new benefits acquired for TMs through emails, bulletin boards, WhatsApp groups, or in person. Preparing requisitions for supplies and necessary items for the department's operation through the established format. Standardizing the process of handling requests and processing the plan of benefits and compensation for TMs in each property in Colombia. Supporting the organization of the current file of the SSO-HR office. How you will collaborate with others: Encourage TMs to enjoy the benefits offered by the company to promote the care of their body, mind, and spirit and to take them out of their daily work activities. Coordinate and execute all well-being activities from the SSO-HR office with the support of the local HR team of each property. Perform all tasks assigned by the SSO-HR leadership and the regional HR office for CALA. What deliverables you will take ownership of: Administer plans and benefits offered to TMs for hotels in Colombia. Standardize the process of handling requests and processing the plan of benefits and compensation for TMs in each property in Colombia. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Three (3) years in Human Resources roles, ideally in a leadership role. Proficient with the utilization of "BirchStreet", a Procure-to-Pay platform used by Hilton to enhance vendor management and HR efficiency. It would be useful if you have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data analysis or using data to make decisions. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
