HR Partner Role
HR Partners (HRPs) are the single point of contact in HR for our people and our practice leaders. We help our people thrive through building deep personalized relationships and proactively support them through their life, career and project experiences.
We are thought partners who collaborate with Practice Leads to effectively run their talent practice. We succeed in this role by knowing our people and our business well.?
Key Responsabilities:
Provide individual coaching; understanding your people's interests and aspirations?
Connect with Practice Leaders to understand the business/practice strategy while also coaching them based on knowledge of our people?
Influence upwards; be a thought partner to business leads and provide your perspective?
Provide our people support during staffing process - connect people to projects and coach people on "best fit" roles?
Work with colleagues across HR to understand talent priorities and talent programs ?
Manage key HR processes - for example:?
Serve as an HR coach for talent discussions?
Guide our leaders through the compensation administration process?
Work with Employee Relations on sensitive employee issues?.
