HR Operations ResponsibilitiesEmployees Onboarding and OffboardingCollect and analyze data for benefits and legal requirements.Management of Report UpdatesCollaborate with the payroll team and third parties (outsourcing) to meet reporting and payment deadlines.Create payroll, HC, ARC, cost, social security, and other related reports.Understand, analyze, execute, and propose improvements to country-level practices and procedures within the Quality Management System.Manage Employee information.Compensation: Analyze salary bands, rate cards, internal benchmarks, and project cost analysis.
Evaluate compensation for new hires and current employees through Business Cases.Work as a team with HR and other global teams to achieve our goal of employee centricity and be an ambassador of organizational culture.QualificationsProfessional Degree.Previous experience in a similar role.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.4-6 years of experience.When you join Capgemini, you don't just start a new job.
