The HR Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes related to payroll, benefits, and employee data administration.
This role is crucial to ensure the accuracy and efficiency in managing employee information and compliance with legal and corporate regulations.

Collect and analyze data for benefits and legal requirements.

Collaborate with the payroll team and third parties (outsourcing) to meet reporting and payment deadlines.

Create payroll, HC, ARC, cost, social security, and other related reports.

Understand, analyze, execute, and propose improvements to country-level practices and procedures within the Quality Management System.

Manage Employee information.
7.Compensation: • Analyze salary bands, rate cards, internal benchmarks, and project cost analysis.
• Evaluate compensation for new hires and current employees through Business Cases.
8.Work as a team with HR and other global teams to achieve our goal of employee centricity and be an ambassador of organizational culture.
