Salary Range: 3,000,000-4,000,000 COP Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. Recruitment and Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from screening to hiring, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection. Employee Files: Maintain up-to-date employee records and files in compliance with legal and company requirements. Offer Letters: Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates, outlining terms of employment and company policies. Townhalls and Events: Organize and coordinate company-wide meetings, townhalls, and various employee engagement events to foster a positive work culture. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Officer, or similar role, with a focus on the responsibilities listed above. Familiarity with HR practices and legal regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in English.
