The HR Generalist will also be responsible for working with Team Members in two or more significant Human Resources Functions which may include; benefits, compensation,, employee relations, training, safety and related compliance/regulatory issues, etc.How You'll Create Impact Maintains knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Administers two or more functional HR programs in accordance with corporate directives.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Investigates Team Member issues upon request or direction, reporting results to department management, and manages the appropriate resolution of issues to solve the problem in the most effective manner possible.
Negotiates with local vendors of supporting programs or projects.
Investigates allegations to resolve employee relations issues for the best possible outcome in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
Supports inquiries related to benefits, retirement, compensation, etc.
Participates in routine HR projects including communications, participating in meetings, tracking results, and assisting with reporting.
Performs related duties as required.

Your Background English proficiency is required (B2+ or C1) Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Human Resources or Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience is also preferred.
Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) is necessary.
Knowledge and experience with any HCM system is preferred.
SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
