We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR & DEI Manager to join our amazing work teams. This successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering an engaging company culture across our operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in talent management, culture development, and HR operations. What You'll Do: Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements across multiple teams and projects. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources. Create and implement employee onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively. Manage performance evaluation processes and career development programs. Monitor attrition rates and develop retention strategies to maintain top talent. Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement. Design and implement employee recognition programs. Organize team-building activities and cultural events to foster teamwork and morale. Create and maintain employee feedback channels for continuous improvement. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a diverse and welcoming workplace. Identify training needs and develop tailored learning programs. Coordinate with department heads to create role-specific development plans for employees. Manage leadership development programs to nurture future leaders. Track and report on training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment. Collaborate with HR teams on policy development and implementation. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Manage employee wellness programs to promote work-life balance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices. What You'll Bring To The Team: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or a related field. (preferred) PHR/SPHR certification. (preferred)5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR analytics. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in developing and implementing culture initiatives. Experience managing remote workforces.
