Update and maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conduct initial screenings and assist in anonymizing resumes for unbiased recruitment practices. Collaborate with senior recruiters, supervisors, and managers to support hiring initiatives. Track, monitor, and report on the progress of recruitment activities. Utilize AI tools and advanced technologies to streamline administrative tasks. Ensure all candidate data complies with data privacy regulations. Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and others to maintain the database. Analyze and interpret data from resumes to support decision-making. POSITION : HR ASSISTANT | ADMINISTRATIVE (Full-time) - EST Business Hours Requirements: Excellent writing and reading communication skills. Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs.
