Hr & Administration Trainee

Title: HR & Administration Trainee Location: GSC BOG This role will be responsible for providing support to the Manager of Administration and HR Projects, assisting in the management of office infrastructure, internal procurement, and various administrative activities to ensure they remain current and efficient Key Responsibilities:   ·       Support HR & Admin Area in different required tasks ·       Support Office management  including  preventive & corrective maintenance.
·       Support on vendors management.
·       Verifying any unforeseen maintenance ·       Support on facilities and stationary purchases including inventory control.
·       Collaborate on the implementation and compliance of internal policies as well as Health  & Safety procedures.
Skills / Requirements:   ·       Students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar occupations.
·       Have the approval of the university for signing internship contract .
·       Not having signed apprenticeship contracts previously ·       Excellent Numeric ability.
·       Intermediate MS Office Knowldege ·       Excellent inter-personal relationship skills Relevant information: ·       Salary: SMLV + EPS +ARL ·       Starting on February 2024 ·       Type of Contract: fixed (6 months or 1 Year) – Direct With DHL ·       Work 100% on site
