The Opportunity: Join our team as a HR Admin Assistant, where you will provide essential support across various administrative and project management tasks. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a self-starter with a strong sense of initiative. We believe in empowering our team members to contribute significantly from anywhere in the world. What You'll Do: Manage schedules, including appointments and meetings. Handle correspondence and manage email accounts. Assist with project management and maintain documentation. Perform data entry and manage databases. Provide customer support and handle inquiries. Create and advertise job postings across various platforms. Use tools such as Notion, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and Slack to perform daily tasks and communication. Manage LinkedIn communications. Manage WordPress blog and website page content. Respond to client emails and requests. Organize and plan trips, pay invoices, and communicate with legal and accounting. Must-Haves in a Candidate: At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant. Strong command of G Suite, Slack, Notion, Calendar Management, Spreadsheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Determination for Getting Things Done! Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. High level of discretion and professionalism. C1 Level English. Details: This is a 30+ hour a week, remote position with a need for occasional availability during off-hours to support varying time zones.
