Horticultural Service Technician – Fyfield

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Horticultural Service Technician to join the existing team at our Fyfield branch, based in Essex.
Role Purpose: Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your role will be to repair and maintain a variety of Horticultural machinery (but not limited to) sold by the company's sales departments within its designated area. You will be working with well-known brands such as Stihl, Honda, Bosch, Husqvarna and many more. Please note that this role will be workshop based.
Responsibilities/Requirements: Knowledge of Utility, Garden and small Agricultural machineryKnowledge of both Domestic Grass Machinery is advantageousRepair and maintain equipment associated with Horticultural machineryAbility to diagnose hydraulic and electrical faultsCompetent in the use of computersHeavy lifting but apply common sense to items that require assistanceHas the ability to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a teamMaintain a good general level of health and fitnessExcellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephoneBe self-motivatedJob Categories: After Sales Support
