EXECUTEL Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We are looking for highly skilled individuals to communicate effectively with the Administrator and assist with daily tasks.
The Scheduling Coordinator is assigned by the Administrator to work with the Coordination Department to be compliant with the Agency Policy and Procedure.
Responsibilities include assisting and working with generated/exported reports for the Program Director, reports from HHA Exchange, and maintaining proper documentation on file.
Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain schedules for LHCSA patients.
Arrange or organize schedules for clients and/or patients in line with healthcare plans and availability of healthcare personnel.
Ensure that services are provided as prescribed by the client's Plan of Care.
Document any changes in patient services, ensuring timely updates with the correct replacing caregiver.
Report all incidents to the DPS and supervision team as soon as possible.
Maintain all statistics and reports related to staff and patients.
Ensure scheduling systems are accurately maintained.
Communicate changes in schedules to healthcare providers and clients.
Build professional relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA & PHI regulations.
Keep the team manager updated on conflicts in schedules.
Communicate with patients and aides to ensure satisfaction with care provided.
Assist HR in contacting caregivers when necessary.
