Executive Assistant To Vice President Latin America About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our Vice President, Latin America. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations in the region, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation/follow-up. Main Responsibilities: Scheduling: Manage the Vice President's calendar to reflect strategic priorities and effectively manage her time toward achieving operational goals. Meeting Preparation and Follow-up: Ensure the Vice President is prepared for all internal and external meetings by overseeing and organizing all briefing memos, remarks, talking points, and additional collateral. Management (time and communications): Manage Vice President incoming email—prioritizing for attention and drafting responses as appropriate. Executive Representation: Anticipate the needs of the program and have initiative in strategizing solutions. Requirements: Commitment to the Center's mission, purpose, and values. Experience in support of executive/senior managers. Fluent in Spanish and English; any additional language is an asset. Must be highly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is $72,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
